Invite an artist to upload their Rekordbox playlist directly into your Organization workspace using the Time-line Upload app. The artist doesn't need to be a workspace member — the invite only grants permission to upload a specific show.
Ideal when you're collecting sets from multiple artists, want all shows in one shared workspace, and the artist prepares their set in Rekordbox.

Show invites are only available in Organization workspaces. In Artist workspaces, simply invite the artist as a workspace member (see: How to Invite an Artist to Upload from Rekordbox). They can then use the Upload App to sync playlists directly.

You invite an artist from within Time-line
→ The artist receives an email with upload instructions
→ They sync their playlist using the Upload App
→ A show is automatically created in your workspace.
From your dashboard, click 'Send Show Invite'. Give the show a clear name (e.g. Main Stage W1). Your organization name is automatically included.
Enter the email of the artist (and/or team members) and click 'Create show'. They'll receive an email with upload instructions.
