Time-line lets you collaborate with your crew by inviting them to your workspace. Team members can create, edit, and manage shows alongside you.


Plans & team size

Currently, Time-line is free to use. You can invite team members and collaborators to test the platform together. Once paid subscriptions are introduced, team size limits may apply. Plan details will be announced later.


Roles & permissions

When inviting new team members, you can assign one of two roles:

If you want to give someone view or edit access to a single show (instead of the entire workspace), you can share that specific show with them. This is covered here: How To Share a Show

Step-by-step

Add a team member

  1. Go to Settings > Members

    From your workspace dashboard, click on “Invite team”.

  2. Click Invite

    In Settings > Members, click on the Invite button and enter the team member’s email address. You can also add multiple email addresses.

    Choose whether the person should be an Admin or a Member.
