If you’ve been invited by a festival, venue, or production team to share your set via Time-line, you can easily share your playlist from Rekordbox using the steps below.
Uploading your playlist allows the show team to preview your set, plan cues, and sync lights, visuals, and effects - so everything connects seamlessly during your performance.

🔒 Time-line only stores a low-resolution version of your playlist for show planning purposes. And only members of the workspace you’ve been invited to upload a set to can access the playlist.

You’ll receive an email invitation from [email protected]. (Check your spam folder just in case.)
Click Accept Invitation. This opens app.time-line.io in your browser.
Sign up for a free account, or log in if you already have one.
After signing in, download the Time-line Upload App for macOS or Windows.
Install it on the same computer where Rekordbox is installed.
Open Rekordbox and the Time-line Upload App side by side.
Log into the Upload App with your Time-line account.
